Course Description
A substantive law course covering the law of contracts. Students study the function of contracts in today’s business world, following the life of a contract “from cradle to grave”. Topics include the concept and nature of contractual relationships, how contracts are entered into, circumstances affecting contract validity, and how a contractual relationship may end (and the potential consequences). Prerequisites: Legal administrative work experience, formal admission to the paralegal program, or previous legal coursework.Prerequisites
